Fasiha offers a versatile approach to dispute resolution, adeptly representing clients in litigation, mediation, and the collaborative law process. Her practice is diverse, covering not only mainstream family law but also specialized areas such as Trusts & Estates, with a focus on Islamic wills, and the growing field of Fertility Law. She skillfully supports individuals and couples in creating their families through surrogacy, egg, sperm, and embryo donation agreements.

Fasiha’s passion for family law is deeply rooted in her background. Originally from Maryland, she received her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. There, she spearheaded the Family Law Clinic’s first student-led workshop on the legal rights of intimate partner violence survivors in the Muslim community. After practicing in the United States, she brought her expertise to Canada and is now licensed in Ontario, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

Her commitment to the community remains a cornerstone of her practice. Fasiha actively volunteers with non-profit organizations and women’s shelters across the GTA, providing pro bono legal services and essential training for staff. She is a certified collaborative law practitioner and a member of both the Peel Halton Collaborative and the Ontario Association of Collaborative Professionals.
